Training

We have nearly 20 years of experience in teaching people how to ride motorcycles. Our instructors are fully trained, patient, and friendly. We can cater for a variety of abilities from first time riders to refresher. You can also opt for 1-1 tuition. CBT courses are taken in Louth and the full pratical test is taken in Lincoln. Lessons can be arranged weekdays, weekends and evenings so we are very flexible. Call for prices, including machine hire or using your own machine.

DSA Approved Training Body

Provisional Licence - Compulsory Basic Training (CBT)

Before your provisional licence is valid you must first pass Compulsory Basic Training (CBT). - read more

We run CBT courses everyday, including Sundays. CBT courses last approximately 6 hours

Price:
£90 (including machine hire)
£80 On your own machine

£20 For additional training (if not completed on the day)

When taking your CBT please bring with you: licence (both parts if you have the new style photo card licence), warm clothes, money or lunch and suitable footwear.

Full Motorcycle Licence

There are two methods to obtain your full motorcycle licence: Part Two Training and Direct Access Scheme.

Part Two Training

Part Two Training is for motorcyclists under the age of 21, or those who are happy to be restricted to riding motorcycles under 33bhp for the first two years after obtaining their licence. - read more

£50 For a 2 hour Local Lesson (including machine hire)
£75 For a 3 hour Grimsby Lesson (including machine hire)
£100 Test Day
£400 Intensive Course* (include test)

Direct Access Scheme (DAS)

Direct Access is a scheme which allows a person over the age of 21 to avoid the two year/33bhp restriction by taking their motorcycle test on a machine of at least 46.6 bhp. A pass will allow you to ride any size machine.

£500 Intensive Course* (include test)

If you use one of our machines you will need to sign a disclaimer to accept liability to cover any cost incurred through fault of your own.

*We only recommend our Intensive Course to experienced off-road riders who simply need to learn the correct road procedures.
